Our Brief : To supply a display that will be strong and rigid enough to take the clients MDF wooden samples. It needs to have a combination of Black powder coated metal, plus allow for self adhesive stickers for application on the metal, the background was created with 10 mm X board with printed artwork and gloss laminated finish both sides. Had to as easy as possible to assemble. This was printed on a flat bed digital printer size was 1200mm x 2400mm.

National rollout of Product displays both Large & Small

Meeting the needs : Our client briefed us on the specifics they needed. A rough drawing with dimensions was presented to the client within 3 days and approved to proceed to a quote in both the large and the small cases for its displays. Templates were supplied to the client, with our specific artwork guidelines SPEC SHEET. Artwork was checked by our design team approved and sent to manufacture the sample. Within 7 days 2 x samples were presented to the client, they were assembled in front of the client, in order to educate them on how they are assembled . Samples were approved. Client again gave us specific instructions on colour management, which was approved

Action: Client found us on the web, needed a display and needed us to include graphic design as most of the design staff were on leave. We created a Visual for the client with a design from our design team and presented it to the client. It was accepted along with the visual of the brief. Display had to be strong enough to hold the weight on the merchandise, without the base collapsing . It had to be compact enough, with all elements folded down into a shipper and easy to label and transport for its Sales Team. Printed Digitally on our Automated flatbed printer in CMYK, Printed on a B flute Corrugated Board. Die cut, Glued and 1 x sample assembled, delivered to the client in Brisbane for Pre Production Approval.
